DISH SOAP CONCENTRATE
Is the dish soap liquid suitablefor sensitive skin?
Yes. Our dishwashing liquid has been
dermatologically tested by Dermscan Asia for irritation test.
However, individuals with
known allergies or sensitivities to specific ingredients, including SLES,
Essential oils or Fragrances should review the ingredient list and avoid use if
they are sensitive to any of the ingredients.
Can I dilute the dish soap with water?
Yes. LAGA Dish Soap is a
concentrated formula and can be diluted with water according to your
preference. Please note that dilution may reduce foam and cleaning performance.
Does the dish soap bottle come with apump dispenser?
No. As part of LAGA's
commitment to reducing plastic waste, our bottles are designed with a flip-top
cap, which uses less plastic than a pump dispenser and can be recycled more
easily. The bottle neck has a standard 28/410 mm size, if you prefer, you can
fit most compatible 28/410 mm pumps from other brands or purchase one
separately.
Why does the color of the LAGA dishsoap liquid change over time?
Natural ingredients and extracts may vary slightly in color from batch to batch. This does not affect product quality or performance.
Why does the viscosity (thickness) ofthe dish soap liquid vary slightly between bottles?
Viscosity can vary slightly due to natural variation in ingredients and storage temperature. This does not affect cleaning performance
Is the dish soap liquid safe for baby bottles and feeding accessories?
Yes. The dishwashing liquid can be used to clean baby bottles, feeding accessories, and other food-contact items. Rinse thoroughly with clean water after washing.
Is the dish soap liquid suitable for homes with pets?
Yes. The product can be used in households with pets when used as directed. As with any cleaning product, keep it out of reach of pets and rinse food and water bowls thoroughly after washing.
Can I wash fruits and vegetables with this product?
No. The dishwashing liquid is designed for cleaning dishes, cookware, and kitchen utensils. It is not intended for washing fruits or vegetables
What is the shelf life after opening?
The product has a shelf life of 3 years.
MULTI-SURFACE CLEANER
Can I use it on stones or wood surface?
Yes. The formula has a mild pH (5–8) and is designed for routine cleaning without the harsh acidity or alkalinity found in some stronger cleaners. It can be used on sealed natural stone, finished wood, laminate, glass, plastic, metal, painted surfaces, and most household furniture.
Can I use it on fabric stains?
Yes. It can help remove common stains such as tea, coffee, and food spills from washable fabrics. For best results, spray the stain as soon as possible, leave for 5–10 minutes, then wash as usual. Avoid excessive rubbing, as this may spread the stain. We recommend testing on a small, inconspicuous area first, especially on delicate or colored fabrics.
Do I need to rinse the surface after cleaning?
No. For most surfaces, simply spray and wipe. For items that may be placed in the mouth, such as baby or pet accessories, we recommend wiping with clean water afterward or rinsing thoroughly.
Does the product leave a residue?
No. When used as directed, the product is designed to clean effectively without leaving a sticky residue.
Can I use it on food preparation surfaces?
Yes. After cleaning food-contact surfaces such as countertops, we recommend wiping with clean water before direct food contact.
Can I use it on stainless steel appliances?
Yes. It can be used on most stainless steel surfaces to remove fingerprints, grease, and everyday dirt.
Can I use it on glass and mirrors?
Yes. It can be used on glass and mirrors. For best results, wipe with a clean, lint-free cloth.
Can I use it on electronic devices?
We recommend spraying onto a cloth first and then wiping the surface. Do not spray directly onto electronic devices, screens, switches, or electrical components.
Can I use it on Yoga Mats?
Yes. It is suitable for cleaning yoga
mats made from natural rubber, EVA, PVC, and TPE. It can also be used on most sports and fitness equipment.
Can I use it on Leather?
Yes. It can be used on genuine and synthetic leather surfaces such as car seats, sofas, bags, and shoes. We recommend testing on a small, inconspicuous area first.
Can the Multi-Surface Cleaner prevent mold growth?
The Multi-Surface Cleaner is designed for cleaning rather than mold prevention. By helping remove dirt and moisture-trapping residues, regular cleaning can support a cleaner environment, but the product is not intended to prevent, inhibit, or kill mold.
Cats are sensitive to essential oils – would this product be suitable in households with cats?
Our Multi-Surface Cleaner contains eucalyptus and lavender essential oils at less than 0.1% in the finished product. The product is suitable for use in households with cats when used as directed. When allowed to dry completely, the amount of essential oil remaining on the surface is minimal. As with any cleaning product, keep cats away from freshly cleaned wet surfaces and avoid direct ingestion of the product. Not spraying the product directly onto pets or pet bedding while the pets are around. You may wipe surfaces with clean water after cleaning, especially surfaces that your cat frequently licks or comes into close contact with.
Can the MULTI-SURFACE CLEANER repel ants and insects?
Eucalyptus essential oil has been studied for its repellent properties against certain insects. Some research suggests eucalyptus oil or components such as eucalyptol (1,8-cineole) can help deter insects under certain conditions. While the product is designed primarily as a Surface cleaner rather than an insect-control product, the fresh eucalyptus aroma may help make the area less appealing to some insects.

FLOOR CLEANER
Can I use LAGA Floor cleaners on natural stones and wood floor?
Yes. LAGA Floor Cleaners have a mild formula with a slightly acidic to near-neutral pH (4-6), making them suitable for routine cleaning of most sealed natural stone and finished wood floors. The formula is designed to clean effectively without the harsh acidity or alkalinity found in some stronger cleaners. As with any floor care product, we recommend testing on a small, inconspicuous area first, especially on unsealed or specialty surfaces.
Do I need to rinse the floor after mopping?
No. When diluted and used as directed,
rinsing is not required.
Does it disinfect or kill germs?
No. The product is designed for cleaning and removing dirt and grime. It is not a disinfectant.
Can I use LAGA Floor Cleaners with a robot mop?
Yes. LAGA Floor Cleaners can be used with most robot mops and robot vacuum-mop systems when diluted according to the recommended instructions. The formula is designed for routine floor cleaning and is suitable for regular use on hard floors. Please follow your robot cleaner manufacturer's recommendations regarding the use of cleaning solutions.
Is it safe for homes with children and pets?
Yes. When used as directed and allowed to dry completely, it is suitable for households with children and pets.
Cats are sensitive to essential oils – would this product be suitable in households with cats?
Our floor cleaner contains eucalyptus
and lavender essential oils at less than 0.1% in the concentrate, and the
concentration becomes very low after dilution. When used as directed and
allowed to dry completely, exposure to essential oils is minimal.
As with any cleaning product, keep pets away from freshly cleaned wet floors and avoid direct ingestion of the product. For
added reassurance in households with cats, you may wipe the floor with clean
water after cleaning.
