Returns & Refunds Policy

At LAGA, we take pride in the quality of our products. Due to hygiene and product safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, or purchased by mistake.


Eligible Returns

Returns or replacements are accepted only if:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product arrived damaged during shipping.

  • The product is defective or has a manufacturing defect.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

  • A continuous unboxing video (strongly recommended) to support your claim


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

  • Products that have been opened or used (unless defective)

  • Minor variations in packaging or appearance that do not affect product quality

Return Shipping Costs

If your claim is approved and the return is due to our error or a defective product, LAGA will bear the return shipping costs.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
